A further 1,500 trees and 7,000 shrubs and groundcovers will be planted at Flora and Ritchie Roberts Reserve on Saturday 22 March and Saturday 26 April 2025. These plantings are being done under the NSW Government's 'Greening our City' program and will augment the 1,000 trees and 2,000 shrubs and groundcovers planted in April 2024.

An open invitation is extended to all members of the community to participate in these events being held at the northern end of the Reserve between the hours of 1:00PM and 5:00PM.
