CCLF member and North Curl Curl resident Robyn West has sent us this photograph of an apparently healthy prawn she observed at the Lagoon entrance in mid December.

"Yes, I was extremely excited to find a prawn in the very shallow tidal waters of the lagoon near the surf club. It was still alive so I moved it back into the lagoon. I do hope it survived! Haven’t seen any since but it is good to see various marine life finding their way onto our shores including fur seals! Apparently the seal they call Reggie was lounging on Sth Curl Curl beach yesterday afternoon. "
